01The service

Tu Día de Blanco is a hosted platform for planning and presenting a wedding. It provides a private workspace (guests, seating, budget, updates, documents, chatbot) and a public invitation website where guests RSVP, read news and ask Concierge. Available modules depend on the tier or planner agreement you select.

02Accounts and access

You need an account to plan a wedding. You may register directly as a couple and become the owner of your wedding, or operate as a wedding planner managing weddings for client couples. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Access to a wedding is granted through memberships, each carrying a role — owner, editor or viewer — and module permissions. The owner may invite or remove members and transfer ownership. Each wedding has one owner at a time.

03Guests and personal data

If you run a wedding, you decide what guest information to collect and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to add it and to invite those people. You agree to use guest data only for the celebration, to honour guests' privacy rights, and to comply with applicable data protection law. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or that violates others' rights or privacy;
• attempt to breach security, access other weddings' data, or disrupt the platform;
• misuse invite codes or guest sessions, or scrape or overload the service;
• feed Concierge content intended to produce abusive, misleading or unlawful output.

05Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add — your story, photos, updates, documents and guest information. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the content you publish and for the letters and messages exchanged through a wedding.

06Concierge

Concierge generates answers automatically from the knowledge base you provide. It can be wrong or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing the knowledge base and for the answers given to your guests. We may set reasonable usage limits.

07Payments and refunds

Couple plans cost 15 € per month, subject to the final price and taxes shown at checkout. Couple checkout creates a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. An eligible wedding owner may start a 7-day trial without a card. A trial without a payment method ends in cancellation; adding a payment method may allow the subscription to continue under its configured terms. Stripe checkout shows the price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes before payment. The subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. Manage billing and cancellation through the workspace billing portal; if unavailable, contact us before renewal. The portal or confirmation states when cancellation takes effect. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself refund previous charges. Planner pricing and duration follow the written agreement. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights, remain unaffected; contact us to request withdrawal or a refund. For consumers contracting a service at a distance in Spain, withdrawal generally lasts 14 calendar days from contract conclusion, subject to statutory exceptions. You can exercise it by emailing your name, account email, contract date and an unambiguous statement of withdrawal; no reason is needed. Any lawful refund is made without undue delay and within the statutory period. We do not presume that a statutory withdrawal right has been waived.

08Hosting and data processing

The invitation website normally expires 12 months after the wedding date for new weddings, unless a different period is agreed or configured. Existing weddings may have no configured expiry. Public website availability and workspace subscription are separate: website expiry does not automatically cancel billing or delete stored data. Confirm your hosting period and cancel your subscription separately if needed. Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms when we process guest data on your behalf.

09Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, updates or factors outside our control may cause downtime. We may add, change or remove features, and may update these terms; for material changes we will give notice and revise the date above.

10Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or to protect the platform and its users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

11Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and branding belong to Tu Día de Blanco and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any rights in them to you beyond the right to use the service as intended.

12Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
