Process
How Tu Día de Blanco supports every stage of planning, with one workspace per wedding.
Stage 1: Before signing
Log every enquiry, schedule the meeting and send the proposal without losing track of a single couple.
Stage 2: On signing
The enquiry becomes a wedding. You apply your task template, record your fee and invite the couple to their workspace.
Stage 3: 12 to 6 months out
Suppliers from your directory, a budget by line item, payments and contracts in Documents.
Stage 4: 6 to 2 months out
You publish the invitation website, and RSVPs, plus-ones and allergies flow straight into the guest list.
Stage 5: Final weeks
Seating plan, a menu checked against allergies, the caterer's brief, the run of show with each supplier's sheet, and guest updates.
Stage 6: The day and after
The Concierge answers guests, their photos land in the couple's Drive and the letters stay as a keepsake.
